SUMMARY:Fall Volunteer Opportunity - Packing JRA
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the a food packing and delivery event at the Jewish Relief Agency’s warehouse located at 10980 Dutton Road\, Philadelphia\, PA 19154.  From their site: \nJRA Juniors is designed for families with kids under 10 to join us at our warehouse from 9:00 to 10:00 AM one Sunday a month. This is a great way to get more involved with JRA and to start conversations around food insecurity\, mitzvahs (good deeds)\, and volunteering. The families pack boxes of food at a kid-friendly pace along an assembly line.  To make the volunteer experience easier\, each child is given a cart to push through the assembly line. JRA Juniors creates a wonderful atmosphere for the youngest volunteers in our community\, welcoming children as young as a few months old\, all the way up to those transitioning into middle school. Advanced registration is encouraged. \nSee JRA Juniors Description \nAlso note the JRA needs delivery drivers to deliver the boxes after packing if you can.
