Pack Dues

The Pack 10 dues for the 2022 – 2023 year will be $200 for existing scouts and $225 for new scouts.

This year the BSA national organization raised their fee slightly and our local council (Washington Crossing) also added a slight fee increase. The national and council fees cover the organizational infrastructure, accident/liability insurance, scouting curriculum design, leader training programs, Ockanickon Camp, the local scout shop and council programs.

In addition to the fees we pay to BSA national and the local council, our Pack covers other Scouting costs (e.g., patches, books) vs. collecting payments for each item. Below is a breakdown of key costs for an individual scout. This does not include the other costs the Pack covers such as food/beverages/supplies for camping trips and picnics, rental fees for campgrounds/pavilions, Blue and Gold ice cream social, Pinewood Derby equipment and trophies, leader registration fees, etc.
