Bobcat Crossing Over
Please join us Saturday, October 17th 5:00pm at the Crossing Community Church to welcome our new Tiger den and other new scouts into Pack 10! We will have the Tiger Induction and Bobcat Ceremony (all new scouts will receive their first badge - Bobcat). This marks the official start of their journey in scouting. Our other dens will be working on various advancement requirements including color guard and performing skits for the pack. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Join Pack 10 for a bike hike next Saturday, October 24 at 10 am! We will be meeting at Washington Crossing State Park (PA side) in the parking lot off of 532 and Taylorsville road. There will be 2 groups leaving from Washington Crossing, one out and back ride of 40 minutes and one out and back ride of 20 minutes. Veteran’s Day Event
Pack 10 is invited to help Yardley VFW Post 6393 to honor US Army 1st Lt Ann Martin at Veteran's Square (across the street from Woodside Presbyterian Church) at a ceremony on Saturday, November 7. Lt. Martin was a nurse assigned to the 279th Station Hospital, Berlin, and in 1986 was later assigned to the National Security Agency to conduct counterintelligence. Join Pack 10 for our fall cleanup event at Edgewood Elementary School on Saturday, November 14. We will be raking leaves in front of the school and cleaning up our landscape beds. This will be a great chance for our Scouts to give back to the community and to show their school - and Scout - spirit. Pack 10 Hiking club will be going on a casual hike at the nearby Five Mile Woods Preserve on Sunday, November 22nd at 1pm. Join us for a family friendly hike on the relatively flat trails at this great local county park. While the trails are partially decked, bring proper footware and expect to get muddy shoes if there has been a recent rain. Scouts should come prepared and have their 6 essentials. Owl (night) Hike!
Join us for an Owl (night) Hike on the Delaware Canal, January 28th 2021 at 7:00 pm. We will meet at the parking lot off Black Rock Road and hike along the canal in the dark. Scouts should come prepared and have their 6 essentials (includes flashlight) + mask. All hikers will be expected to wear a mask to comply with local park and scout regulations.

Hiking Club – Baldpate Mountain
Our next Hiking Club event will be Sunday, February 28 at 12:00 pm. We will be hiking Baldpate Mountain (a different starting point and route than our hike in the fall). Picnic bench service project
Our Pack's service project assembling picnic tables for Edgewood Elementary will take place on Monday, April 12 at 5:30 pm at Edgewood. We will have all of the components available for the Scouts to put the tables together. (If you have a cordless drill, please bring it as well.) Pack 10 will hold its spring campout on Saturday, April 17 - Sunday April 18 at Tinicum Park in Erwinna, PA (~1 hour north of Yardley). Come join us as we work on advancements, participate in a campfire and entertainment, and enjoy the outdoors. As always, the Pack will be providing dinner Saturday night and snacks Sunday morning. Please be sure to RSVP by April 10th so that we have an accurate headcount. We hope to see you there!
Find out more »Hiking Club – Sourland Mountain
Please join us this coming Sunday, April 25th at 1:00 pm for our next Pack 10 Hiking Club event. This time we’ll be hiking the trails of Sourland Mountain Preserve. Trails are of moderate intensity, muddy and rocky so wear appropriate footwear. As always, please remember to wear your MASK and bring the Cub Scout Six Essentials (filled water bottle, trail snack, sun protection, and first aid kit). Hope to see you there!
